The Arena
Meme battles, community-voted with wallet signatures. Judged on creativity, never on price. Winners get a trophy on their roof. Losers get roasted in The MemeTown Times.
Party Square & Speakers' Corner
The events calendar, and a corner where every community can take the mic: announce a launch, host a Space, or just say gm. A building lights up while its party or stream is live.
The Café
Networking board. Looking for artists, raiders, collabs or a meme to marry? Residents pin a note for a week, for free.
Little squares
Pepe Park, Doge Corner, GM Garden and more: benches, lamps and a fountain, with streets to the districts. A new one opens for every 10 houses built. Nobody talks about charts there.
Billboards
Glowing screens on the big towers, sky screens on tall masts and street boards. Click one, type your ad, see it live, pay in $VIBES. Or hang a board on the wall of any building (the owner gets 40% of the rent, 50% on the roof, and boards on your own house are free), or click any free patch of ground and put up your own pole: stack the parts, hang a board, upload your meme. The higher and wider, the pricier.
Community districts
At least 3 house owners who live close together can found a district: a coloured corner of town with a named gate. They split the bill, and their community builds inside.

04 $VIBES (coming soon-ish)
The town's own token, and the only money in town: houses, poles, wall boards, screens and districts are all paid in $VIBES. It's also what Arena prizes and party rewards are paid in.

We don't do moons. We do towns. MemeTown is a place to hang out, not an investment product.
Is this financial advice?
Absolutely not. Nothing here is advice, an offer or a promise about any price. DYOR, touch grass.
Does my token get a house automatically?
No, you build it yourself, so the town stays full of memes that actually want to be here. Launched on PAR? Paste your token address and pay with the launch wallet: 20% off your house, poles, wall boards and screens.
Do I need $VIBES to be in town?
Yes, it's the town's money. Houses, poles, wall boards, screens and districts are all paid in $VIBES, and prizes are paid in it too. Grab some in its PAR pool.
Can my community live together?
Yes, once at least 3 house owners around there agree. One of you proposes a district (name, colour, gate), the neighbours say yes, and you split the bill. Then your community builds its houses inside. The bigger the district, the pricier.
Who controls the treasury?
A multisig of team members, with vesting and a timelock. Every move is visible at the Town Hall. Later the community votes on big spends.
Someone has my dream spot. Now what?
If the owner put it up for takeover, it's yours: they get back what's left of their term, you pay your own rent on top. Taking over a house also gets you its wall income. Not for sale? You can always send the owner a message and ask: they can offer it to you with one click. Owners decide.
Where does my money go?
You pay the full term up front. It's held and released day by day, one day behind, so unused days can always be paid back when you shrink or hand over your spot.
Can I make my board or house bigger later?
Yes. Bigger costs the difference, smaller gives you money back, both pro rata for the days you have left.
Can I earn from my house?
Yes. Anyone can rent a board on the free walls of your building, and 40% of that rent goes to you, the owner (50% for boards on your roof). With your boards rented out, your house can pay for itself and more. Claim your house with the wallet that launched your token.
Why is it suddenly dark?
MemeTown runs on a 6-hour day: 3 hours of sun, 3 hours of neon. At dusk the lights come on, one window at a time. Same clock for everyone.
Does the town get bigger?
Yes. Every new meme needs a spot, so the planet grows with its population.
Can you stop snipers?
On PAR nobody can block buyers. What we can do is not announce the launch time, so bots have nothing to aim at.
